In Fall 2008 phase 1 of the Amaryllis Way training system was launched with the hard cover book, Growing Leaders Who Grow Leaders, being released. The book introduced a philosophy of leadership built on relational leadership theory. The second phase was released in winter of 2009 which built on the philosophy and proved an inventory tool for team development. The Amaryllis Way training system revolves around the thinking that as leaders, we can shepherd potential in love.
